We are incredibly proud to share that multiple Canopy Healthcare providers have achieved top Net Promoter Score (NPS) rankings across APAC and globally in the latest 2025 Cemplicity benchmarking results. With the help of Cemplicity we measure patient experiences and feedback across a number of different criteria to ensure that we are providing the best possible care and experience for our patients.  A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a key metric used to measure how successfully we do this, and is used as a benchmark for comparison against our peers.

Canopy Cancer Care
Achieved the highest NPS globally and in APAC for outpatient group (multi-site network) providers
⭐ NPS: 92

Auckland Breast Centre
Achieved the highest NPS globally across all diagnostic and imaging providers, and in APAC among individual providers
⭐ NPS: 94

Canopy Imaging
Achieved the highest NPS in APAC for group diagnostic and imaging providers
⭐ NPS: 84


These results place our teams among the best-performing healthcare providers internationally.  This is a significant achievement that reflects the consistency, compassion, and professionalism demonstrated across all services.
