Canopy Imaging's new flagship clinic in central Auckland
A comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging services, advanced technology and specialist clinical expertise will come together at Canopy Imaging's new flagship clinic on Carlton Gore Road, opening in January 2027.
The new purpose-built facility represents a significant investment in diagnostic imaging in Auckland, offering an extensive range of imaging services, subspecialist radiologists and complementary healthcare services under one roof.
Located on Carlton Gore Road, close to Auckland City Hospital and major public transport links, the clinic will provide convenient access to diagnostic imaging services for patients and referrers across the region.
Advanced technology and specialist expertise
The new clinic will offer a broad range of diagnostic imaging services, from routine examinations through to advanced Molecular imaging, including PET-CT, SPECT-CT and theranostics.
A key focus of the new clinic is providing referrers with access to subspecialist radiologists and imaging cardiologists who can support the investigation and management of complex clinical conditions.
The facility will also bring together Cardia Care cardiology services and Canopy Cancer Care medical oncology services, reflecting Canopy's integrated approach to connecting diagnostic imaging with specialist clinical care.
The development reflects Canopy Healthcare's vision of delivering connected care, where diagnostic imaging and specialist healthcare services work together to support better patient outcomes.
The clinic will also offer Rhenium-SCT® therapy, a non-surgical treatment option for selected superficial non-melanoma skin cancers. Canopy Imaging is currently the only provider of this treatment in New Zealand.

While advanced technology and clinical expertise are at the heart of the new clinic, equal emphasis has been placed on creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients and their whānau.
A spacious, light-filled atrium will form the heart of the facility, connecting patients and their whānau with imaging and specialist services. This attention to detail extends into the clinical spaces, including PET-CT uptake rooms designed with windows and natural light, an uncommon feature in these environments.
The Carlton Gore Road clinic will complement Canopy Imaging's established network of clinics across Auckland, further strengthening access to expert diagnostic imaging services and subspecialist reporting across the region.
