About
Dr Cochrane has had consultant positions in public and private practice in Tauranga and Auckland.   He was an Associate Clinical Professor and Partner at the University of Alberta, Edmonton and Foothills Hospital, Calgary in Canada for a total of 16 years before returning to New Zealand in 2016 and has worked exclusively for Canopy Imaging since.  He has wide ranging experience in body imaging (CT, US and fluoroscopy), interventional work (musculoskeletal and body/chest), O&G ultrasound and general radiology. Most of this experience has been at tertiary level teaching hospitals and trauma centres. He also has extensive teaching experience both for undergraduate medical students and radiology registrars and is driven by a desire for best quality imaging studies and reports to provide an optimal experience and result for our patients.  

Outside work, Nick is an enthusiastic runner and mountain biker
